What is the Oracle exactly?
A bringer of peace? Some sort of Avatar of a god?
What is the purpose of Cai's tie to this mysterious title?

An oracle is someone who can see the future. Often at unexpected times. Sometimes the future will come to Cai in visions that he can see, but often he has trouble interperating correctly... and other times, as you will see he speaks prophecy. Cai never remembers when he is speaking like this... it is always up to others to fill him in when that happens. ]
As to why the Dragon Clan wants him? Simple.... If you know the future, it becomes more easy to manipulate... or at least thats what they think. That would give them yet another tool in their evil plot.

Hehe... the one thats going to make your head spin is still to come... It is related to your question, and it concerns the girl in the vision... but it won't be revealed until Act 2. So you have plenty of time to guess what I'm talking about.
